Joanna Thornhill Ltd is a a Registered Company in England and Wales; Company number 09496469 / VAT registration number 218610426. This privacy policy is effective from the time of writing (22/03/2021) and informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

• If you contact us directly via email/telephone, we may store your contact details privately, to enable us to follow up your interest in the future.

• If you sign up to our newsletter or input any contact information that enables you to download further information from this site, such as a PDF document. This information allows us to communicate with you as per your selected preferences, and you can opt out of these communications immediately at any time.

• If you have provided us with your email address, we may occasionally contact you with any administrative communications, or to advise you of updates to our Privacy Policies or Terms & Conditions

• By providing us with your data, you warrant that you are aged 16 or over.

Third parties:

We will not disclose your personal information to anyone without your consent unless we are required to by law. We endeavour to keep your details safe and secure but cannot be held accountable for any unauthorised interceptions of data by third parties.

Any privacy policies detailed on this website are not automatically conferred to any external sites linked to from this website. Please refer to any referred sites’ respective privacy policies to check how they may use your information directly.

This site uses Google Analytics: this may provide us with user preferences to help us improve our service – this service tracks usage and traffic patterns of site visitors, and may capture your IP address, but no other personal information.

All imagery on this website is subject to copyright by the respective copyright holders, and this site uses photographic imagery in the following ways:

• General images on headers and in the body of my main website pages, and images featured within my styling portfolio sections, are all styled by me and are used to showcase my work. I have either sought/obtained explicit permission to use these images in relation to my self promotion, or believe the image copyright holder is satisfied that I can use these images for this purpose. Limitations in the layout of this site prevent certain images from being directly credited on the page - please see below for a full credited list of imagery to the photographer and/or copyright holder, for those images not otherwise credited.

• Imagery featured throughout my Styling and Writing sections within my Portfolio pages, on my Journal page, any downloadable PDF documents and on my Instagram feed (displayed on my Homepage and Contacts page) contains either imagery I have taken myself (and hold the copyright to) or properly credited third party imagery.

• For images I don’t hold copyright to, I do not have permission to authorise their usage on third party sites.

• Reuse of photography under my own copyright is permitted on the proviso it is fully attributed to, and linked back, to me, and strictly for non-commercial purposes.
